SCP-106原始图像或称that man.jpg指的是SCP基金会的文章SCP-106 - “恐怖老人”早期使用的图像，现已确定来源。
描述
在SCP基金会上，该图像最初可追溯于SCP-106投稿之前，即2010年1月8日SCP-106作者Dr Gears在“写作帮助 / 帮助：草稿与批判”讨论串中发布的帖子，帖子中使用了该图像。12010年4月8日，

Inkling Jesse发布的视频SCP - 106 image Origins中使用Tineye对SCP-106进行图片反向搜索，并找到了一个于2009年8月13日发布的Youtube视频。来源请求该视频已被删除，其存在一个2012年的网页快照。来源请求视频中出现了SCP-106的高饱和度图像。
2025年6月2日，Reddit用户Solounmanxd797在r/lostmedia发帖询问SCP-106图片的起源，并给出了从Exif元数据得到的信息与自己在Youtube搜索找到的SCP - 106 image Origins视频。
Reddit帖子讨论区中，PerditusRedux表示其实际来自一个名为 Chainmail Chasers 的 ARG。

Hamburger Lady
PerditusRedux所提出的Hamburger lady画作目前为SCP-106起源的主流理论：
Right now my own personal working theory is that SCP-106 could actually be a painting of the "Hamburger Lady" from the Throbbing Gristle song. In the 4chan thread I linked the user links this song, and if you search on Google Images for "hamburger lady art" you will see other artists' interpretations of this song, and all of them look strikingly similar to SCP-106.

2026年3月24日，Reddit用户monstersonscreen在r/SCP发帖，确认SCP-106原始图像的作者为艺术家Christopher Goodman。该用户宣称是在浏览其Instagram作品集时偶然发现，并附上Christopher Goodman于2018年2月8日发布的照片。89
随后，在SCP-106 Lost Media Discord服务器10中，用户PerditusRedux发现Christopher Goodman于2007年8月15日在Facebook上发布的同张照片11。隔日，用户DinkelbergYT成功联系上Christopher Goodman，对方证实该画作为其在2001-2002年就读布莱顿大学期间创作12，随后Christopher Goodman在Instagram上发布了一张拥有画作下半部分的照片13。
